Since the raw material contains relatively high moisture, the first step is drying. The drying system reduces the moisture content to 10%–15%, creating the ideal condition for pellet production. Today, we're sharing information about a biomass pellet production line installed by Shandong Yulong for a client, with a capacity of 18-24 tons per hour. The client's raw materials are rice husks, straw, and forestry residues.   First, forestry residues are fed into the Yulong wood chipper for chopping. The chopped material is then directly conveyed by a belt conveyor to the workshop for storage. Straw bales are fed into a rotary cutter for further chopping.   To meet granulation requirements, the Yulong pulverizer handles the pulverizing. After pulverizing to the required standard pellet size, the pulverized material enters the hydraulic silo.   This production line is equipped with six set Yulong 850 pellet mills operating in parallel, a key component for achieving a production capacity of 18-24 tons per hour.
