What you see here is the newly built testing center in Yulong's fourth factory area, constructed over five months. It covers an area of approximately 340 square meters and is equipped with two high-powered air conditioners, maintaining a constant temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius throughout the testing room year-round. This ambient temperature ensures accurate testing. This area features the "space measurement master"—the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and gear testing center—used to measure the dimensions, tolerances, and machining precision of product components. The CMM is a multi-series of measuring instruments from the internationally renowned Qingdao Leader Metrology Instruments Co., ltd, specifically the Leader Navigator series. The gantry coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is primarily responsible for the precision inspection of Yulong's ultra-large components. The Leader Cruiser series CMM is primarily responsible for the precision inspection of Yulong's large components. The Leader Tornado series CMM is responsible for the inspection of small precision components. This is the gear inspection center. It can precisely measure parameters such as gear tooth profile, tooth direction, and tooth pitch to ensure that the gear manufacturing process meets high-precision standards. Yulong's control over product components goes beyond dimensional accuracy; material quality is equally important. Therefore, Yulong is equipped with a series of core testing technologies, including spectral material analysis, metallographic analysis, hardness testing, and ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring quality control at every stage from raw materials to finished products.
